  Terrible customer service verging on mis-selling. Unhelpful, belittling comments made to my elderly, disabled mother when she explained she needed the fridge doors hinged on the left. Unprofessional comments from the store manager "my mother is more disabled than you are". The whole experience has left my Mum feeling less than nothing and rather traumatised.
